I have just finished what I can honestly say is the best breakfast butty I have EVER eaten in my life! The staff provided a lovely warm welcome on a miserable rainy day and excellent friendly service to accompany the delicious food and drink offerings. I cannot recommend the Yorkshire Barn Cafe highly enough.
The food is of excellent quality and caters for most dietary needs. The staff are welcoming, friendly and and polite. This is just a suggestion and not a complaint of somethings I'd like on the the menu are: Teackes, Sourdough bread, Pure natural Hot Chocolate, Macha latte/Ice. This appears to be the healthy life choices people are taking today. Thank you
Spacious seating area, very pleasant and helpful staff. Good selection of food and drinks served quickly and well presented. Great place to go for either a meal, snack or just a drink. I had an excellent coffee I highly recommend it. The sausage rolls are to die for especially when heated up.
Fiona was brilliant.The breakfasts wowed us. Will definitely come again. Special gift of scones to try. Parking was free and easy. What’s not to like!
Have been visiting the site for a number of years and will carry on doing so there is often new things to do. The site is well maintained.
We had a lovely Breakfast at Murton. Just before us a party of 25 entered the restaurant. No problem. Staff worked tiresly to service everyone. Attention for everyone, good Coffee and tea for everyone and at last a perfect Breakfast. 5 out of 5. Wunderful location also. Take your Kids out for a visit to see the sheep, pet them, step on the Old trains or just wander around. We had a great time.

What a great find - a pit stop for lunch on our 3 hour journey. Really lovely fresh food and good coffee. The Coca Cola ham was gorgeous. Very much recommended

Well presented food, definitely hot enough, tasted good quality ingredients, good portion size (looked small) however, very filling. Staff friendly, welcoming and attentive. Seating area in/out ample - clean, tidy and well looked after.
